The room has two single mattresses, tables, large built in wardrobe.
The apartment is just 3 minutes' walk from Town hall Station and CBD, 1 minutes’ walk to Darling Harbour.
The apartment has restricted floor access, which means very safe ;), fully equipped gymnasium and pool.

The room is $150 per person and per week with all bills included (which means $300 for the room).


Bonds 2 week and rent 2 week in advance.
Min stay 3 month.
