Room 1: Private Living room (240pw) The room is quite large compare with other living rooms and fully furnished with proper furniture. It's completely private and sharing the bathroom with only 1 girl. It's lucky for someone take this room because Malaysian girl comes home once every 2-3 weeks hence she has another place. In other words, you will have luxury to use bathroom alone. You will also get your own fob key.

Room2: Master Room ($540) The room is fully furnished and has it's own ensuite bathroom. It's suitable for couples and 2 friends wants to stay together in same room.

The unit is all the way very clean and nice. It has very relaxing atmosphere. It’s suitable for people looking for comfortable place to live in with limited budget

The Building has prime location just near Darling harbour.
The building is 5 mins walking distance to Town Hall Station, 2 minutes to Darling Harbour, 10 mins to World Square shopping centre, 5-10 mins to Event cinema. The building is surrounded by alot of nice, reasonably priced cafes, bars, restaurants just at doorstep.

High security is in place in the building. It’s a very safe place to live in with onside security
Living Room Rent is $240pw with all the bills included.
There is 2 weeks bond, $150 fee for private key card.
