POSITION (a product)   （製品を）特定の市場で展開する、適当な位置に置く

The position (noun) of a product, brand, company, etc., is its status, especially relative to the competition.

The verb form is also position.

position （名詞）とは、特に競争相手と比較した、製品やブランド、企業などの地位のことです。

動詞形も position で、適当な位置に置く、という意味です。
