※卵は生で食べても絶対に大丈夫という保障はありません。生で食べられるかどうかはサルモネラ菌がないかどうかによります。日本の卵ですらサルモネラ菌は4000個に一個の確立であります。どの方法で食べるにしても卵は殻ごと洗って水分をきれいにふきとってから食べられることをお勧めします。
