以下、募集詳細です。

Account Executive

•          Cold calling potential clients
•          Servicing current clients
•          Attending trade shows, conferences
•          Interstate travel may be required
•          Car licence
  •          Setting up and demonstrating their product at events (some light lifting will be required for setup)

Web/Graphic Designer

•          Proficient on WordPress (&/or equivalent)
•          Can update and upgrade the website
•          Design E-letter (currently using Mailchimp)
•          Design Brochures and Manuals

Social Media/PR

•          Provide content and update LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter pages
•          Create blog and articles
•          Search for creative ways to expand the brand
•          Identify Charities to work with
•          Produce information for the E-letter
•          Product line is in health & beauty

The above opportunities are unpaid internships but there may be incentives involved throughout the internship like paid trips, free laptop and other bonus gifts.

Client # 2 is a national leader in the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) space on the Google platform. The founder of this growing web company is seeking a highly organized intern (preferably somebody interested in the web) to come on board and help out with administration work.

The work to start off will involve filing, setting up systems, procedures, invoicing etc. More responsibilities will be provided with time such as involvement in online content. In return for your time, the founder himself will train you on all aspects of SEO (getting companies on the first page of Google).

You will need to be able to touch type, be proficient in outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint.

The role will be 1 – 2 days per week and based in the lower North Shore right by public transport. Future paid employment likely.

Client # 3 is a global leader in the Energy & Power industry hiring over 150,000 employees worldwide. They are seeking interns to join their team in Sydney’s North region nearby public transport. This particular office has over 800 employees. Future paid employment and sponsorship likely.

Marketing

• Work closely with Marketing and R&D teams on areas such as social media, events, surveys and database management
• PowerPoint and Excel skills necessary
• Prior exposure to database cleansing would be desirable but not mandatory

Product Support ( IT )

• Work on internal projects around the company’s software product line
• Configuring web-based tools
• Redeveloping customer surveys and reporting on the results
• Awareness of virtual infrastructure and some coding experience would be beneficial
