I’m Yuni. I’m Korean and currently working part time and studying full time. I have such good memories with Japanese friends!

I’m looking for a housemate as my previous housemate who had lived with me for the last 2 years moved out with her partner.

🏠 2 bedroom apartment in a beautiful suburb Abbotsford
🛀 1 bathroom shared
🧺 Washing machine/ drier provided
🧼 All bills included (including gas, electricity, internet, dish soap, toilet paper rolls. All you need is laundry soap)
🛌 Unfurnished (but can be flexible for the right person!)
☀️ Spacious room with lots of natural light
🚗 One car spot available if you have a car (or there are plenty of street parking)
🚎 1-5 mins walk to bus stops with direct buses to the city, burwood, chatswood etc.
⛴️ Only 5 mins walk to the ferry wharf to Circular Quay or Parramatta.

I usually stay at my partner’s place during weekend, so you have the whole place to yourself on the weekends.
Would be great if you are in your 20s or early 30s and familiar with asian food as I’m such a foodie 💕
We’ll get along if you’re respectful, open minded and easy going 🥰

No smoking / pets/ parties
