About the property

Minimum 6 months staying. Females and Males welcome. Available from the 20h of June 2026.

The gorgeous house has been recently renovated, all rooms are huge, with high ceilings, a backyard, and parking off the street ( for small cars), it is conveniently located 4 minutes' walk from Lewisham Train Station, less than 8 minutes to Lewisham Light Rail. The house is located on the busy Old Canterbury Road, so if you need absolute peace and quiet to sleep, might not be the best option.

Current leaseholders are Jada and me. We are both working professionals and have busy life schedules. We love the gym, outdoor activities, reading, cooking and are quite happy to socialise and share dinners and occasional wine.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and is used to living with others.

This household is not a party house.

We are looking for a 5-star housemate who is clean and keeps themselves clean after themself, is tidy and respectful.

The house is 15 minutes walking distance to Summer Hills, where IGA, a bottle shop, a gym, restaurants, bars and cafes are located. We also have our local cafe 4 minutes from home, and a little convenience store for emergency groceries.

Your room:
The room is unfurnished. You will need to get your own bed. The room has a ceiling fan and a very spacious built-in wardrobe with drawers.
You can have your own personal bathroom.

The house is spacious, with a timber floor in every room, a lounge room with a TV, a dining room, a big kitchen, two bathrooms, a huge backyard and parking for small cars.

Bills are excluded, and they are:

All bills are split evenly between three people.

Gas and water ( every 3 months)
Electricity (monthly),
Internet $30.00 monthly (per person)
$10 monthly for cleaning products and toilet paper
