Rooms located in our premium locations at at 2B Help st. (Regency APT) Chatswood.
Rent is including all bills(water, gas, electricity, internet of ADSL 2puls).
Free access to high speed wi-fi internet(unlimited download, perfect for skype!)

RENT is $175 per week to be paid
Bond = $350
Key deposit = $100
Total to be paid to secure your room is $800. (BOND plus 2week's rent in advance and Key deposit (Master,door key )
