Hi, I am a Chinese universty student started to learn Japanese at the beginning of the year. Now I have a spare bedroom for rental. If you are looking for practising English or helping me with Japanses (lol), please take a look.

Our apartment is only ONE minute close to the station! The transportation is extreme convenient!! I study in city on weekdays, it is about 20 minutes by train to cuty area. The bedroom has a big wardrobe with large mirrors. All furniture is provided, such as bed, desk, chairs, fridge, oven, microwave, air conditioner, internet of course and so on. All bills are included in the rent! Also, the apartment is close to shooping centre (such as Coles, Westfield, Myer etc), food court (Chinses, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and local restaurants), gym, bus stops, swimming schools and many more!! The bedroom is available from 31-05-2014 :)
