There is one person living in second room and one other in the living room.

* 2 minutes walk to Broadway Shopping Centre and Bus stop to the City 
* 5 minutes walk to UTS, USYD, TAFE 
* 15-20 minutes walk to the City 
* Fully furnished & all bills included with high speed internet 
* Smoking allowed only out in balcony 
* 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks advance, key card deposit 
* Minimum 2 months stay 

ROom is available from 19/11/2014. 
Inspection anytime after 7pm.
