フラットは建物の最上階で、シティから電車で20分のストラスフィールド駅より徒歩5,6分、道に駐車スペースありです。

ストラスフィールドにはショッピングセンターがあるので、買い物の心配は全くありません！

フラットは、私の友人とあなたの2人で、それぞれオウンルームです。

お部屋はベッドのみですが、友人が家具を探すお手伝いをしてくれます。

 

レントは$130/weekで、ボンド$130×4 weeks+レント2 weeks分=$780が最初に必要となります。

※レントには光熱費やインターネット代が含まれていません。インターネットはご自信で手配が必要で、光熱費は友人と折半します。

※友人の食事を作っていただくことが条件です(ディナーは必須、食費はいただけます)

 

友人は、フルタイムの学生で、とってもフレンドリーでおもしろい人です。

また、日本や日本食が大好きで、日本語はかんたんなあいさつでしたら話せます。

I’m looking for 1 non-smoking female flatmate to share 2 bedroom unit in Strathfield. You are a mature student/professional, capable of paying the rent on time, quiet, clean, and friendly.

Room is unfurnished, huge, and bright. There's only a double bed but I may be able to help with other furniture.

The unit is in top floor and location is very strategic, only 5-6 mins away from Strathfield station and the shops.

Street parking is available.

 

Rent is EXCLUDING bills and I'm looking for someone who can cook for us and hopefully loves cooking! :)

Bond is 4 weeks rent and rent is 2 weeks upfront.

I'm Indonesian and a full time student, living with me is a female cat that's toilet trained and friendly :)
