The flat has two bedrooms and one toilet, living area, modern kitchen, large balcony, laundry room and it comes with an indoor carpark. It's only 3 minutes walk to Bondi road where you can get buses to the city 24/7 every 15 minutes and it's 15 minutes walk to Bondi Beach and 15 minutes walk to Bondi Junction.

The flat will only be shared with me. I'm a 30 year old woman working in IT. I'm half Japanese and I can speak a little of Japanese.

Couples are welcome but the rent will be 380 per week.
