We are looking for a quiet, considerate non-smoking female to rent a clean furnished bedroom in our home in Mosman. The house is on a tree-lined street just off Military Road, 2 minutes walk from public transport - buses direct to the City, Bondi Chatswood, Macquarie Uni, Manly and Northern Beaches.  

 

Close to shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and 10 minutes drive to Balmoral Beach.

 

Our peaceful family home is surrounded by a large leafy garden with outdoor seating.

 

You will have the use of the kitchen, the washing machine and general household items such as vacuum cleaner and iron and share bathroom.

 

The room is fully furnished and includes a single bed, desk, desk chair, reading/desk lamp, wardrobe, and bed linen.

 

Weekly rent includes utilities and Wi-fi. There is no landline access. 

Rent: $280 a week plus 4 week bond and two weeks rent in advance.
