The rent for twin share double room is from $125.00 per week per person and single room is from $200 per week. The rent includes the Electricity , Water and Wi -Fi Internet bills (conditions apply). Bus stop in front of my house,  Homebush Railway Station, DFO, Olympic Park, Aldi Supermarket & other shopping centers, lots of restaurants, Bowling club and Flemington market are approximately 5 to 10 minutes walking distance in each direction and 15 to 20 minutes to Sydney CBD or  Universities by train.
