A studio share offer in Paddington and surry hills area.

The studio is well funished including dinning table, two big bookshelfs, one big wardrobe, one big dressing table, one futon and one double bed size mattress. All the ingredient and dish sets are free to use. I am happy to share the meals and ingredients with my roommate. 

Paddington is an inner city area, so just 20 mins walks to central station or 10 mins bus ride. If you are new here and want to live within the city, here is better for you to meet people and make foreigners friends than those sharehouse in Ultimo or China Town. Well, it is a bit more expensive here, but I am sure it worth the money. 

Unfortunately, you are going to share the toliet and the coach (if you really want me to sleep on the coach, otherwise I got a futon and a mattress which can make two beds) with your landlord which is me. I make myself clear here, I am a clean and tidy person and I have been living in a Japanese sharehouse with supper strict rules for over 12 months. Althought, the picture may shows the room is a bit untidy but I promise all the mess will be gone before you move in.
