Close to Chatswood Train Station (3 minutes walk) and shops.  

Includes: room, all bills (gas, electricity, unlimited high speed internet),

as well as toilet paper.  

No pets. No mouldy stuff.

No smoking allowed in apartment or apartment building.  

Australian and Korean people live together.  

Feel comfortable to come to inspection and share your culture / language with us. : )  

Please note: room has no door but partition.
