The location of the house is really nice for someone who study in UTS, USYD and TAFE. It only takes 3 mins to walk to UTS, 10 mins to USYD, 2 mins to TAFE and 5 mins to Central station.

This house has three bedrooms and two of them are occupied at the moment. Therefore, you will share the house with other people, 4 in total. The kitchen and bathroom are shared as well. We perfer roommates who are friendly and can keep the house clean. We like quiet place, so please dont make big noise(like party, etc.) And drugs are, of cause, not welcome in the house! We are looking forward to seeing you and making friends with you!
