Our flatmates are international, very kind, too much friendly, hard worker,(some of them are study hard)and love drinking, going to party, watching movies together!

1 month minimum stay
2 weeks Bond(250$)
2 weeks Pay
2 weeks notice
And 20$(only pay once first time)
for sharethings(loundry power, dishwash liquid, sponge, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, handwash, bin plastic bag, cleaning items...)

This flat is located on quay street between the central station and UTS library.
1min Woolworths
1min Bus stop
4mins Central station

We will be 12pp(6pp per room)
We are currently 8pp.

-Brazilians
-Italian
-English
-Colombian
No one live in the living room.

We have 1 bathroom.But we've never had problems about it.

You can have your own keys.(Card&doorkey)
You don't need to pay key deposit.Just when you lose it, pay it.

We have a cleaning schedule about once a week, So we need to follow it.
