お家はバス停、駅から徒歩10分以内のところにあり、スーパーマーケットは徒歩5分のところにあります。駐車スペースは家の前にあり、とても大きいです。

シャワーやキッチンは他のフラットメイトとの共有になります。
お家をきれいに使っていただける方のみを募集いたします。

Double storey FULLY FURNISHED house with huge size bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and huge backyard for rent in a quiet street of Carlton
Excellent location with Bus stop is just around the corner of the house, less than 10 min walk from Carlton train station, 3 mins drive to Sydney technology high school and Hurstville High , 5 min walk to supermarket. Park is just across the road of the house with plenty of street parking
The rent includes reasonable electricity, gas, water and internet. You will also have access to shared facilities including laundry room, bathroom, full kitchen, timber floor through out the house, huge backyard with outdoor kitchen/bbq area, living with 55" FULL HD LED LCD Smart TV and high speed unlimited broadband cable internet.
We are looking for responsible, clean and tidy professional or student, individual as well as couple to share the house with. (Preferably individual).
DEFINITELY NOT a party house. Its more like a family home where we have close knit of housemateship.
