This is a renovated, beautiful, large duplex, right next to buses to the city on Parramatta road or a short bus ride into Ashfield station, Burwood also short walk to Fivedock and Haberfield.
The room has queen size bed, desk and clothes ruck at the moment.
My partner and I have recently moved into a 3 bedroom flat in Ashfield right on Parramatta Road. Just next to bus stop. The entire apartment has been recently renovated, furnished and comfortable. We have 1 room(ideally for single person) up for rent. room is available immediately.
