Hi! We are looking for a clean and quiet girl to share a master room with own bathroom in a brand new apartment in Lidcombe (3 minutes walk to Lidcombe train station). In the master room you have your own bathroom and you share the room with a Japanese girl. There are only 4 girls living in the apartment including you (the other 2 girls are Australian and Thai and live in the second bedroom). Our home is a brand new apartment block and furniture is also new. We have a cosy living area with large sofa and 50” TV. We are extremely clean people and quiet, we would like a housemate who is the same.
We have fast NBN internet, bills are all included. The price is $170 per week, bond is $340.
We are happy to do language exchange and you can practice English with a native speaker every day if you want.
