We are looking for a housemate in Epping and located near Epping station (5 mins away from the station).

The floor is not carpet but timber so it is easier to clean and comfortable to asians.

Currently, 3 Korean guys are living here. We are all busy to study and work. Therefore, you may rarely meet housemates but we are social drinkers sometimes.

The room is separated from the living room so you may pprotect the privacy and noise.
