Ideal location in a modern building right by the sea! Fresh air and a beautiful uncrowded beach to enjoy swimming or surfing or even just people watching at one of the many cafes over the road. The unit has a large courtyard with table, chairs and a hammock as well as a small herb garden. Fully furnished with everything you need except for the available room however a double bed with bed side drawers can be provided if required. Buses in to the city just metres away and run often.

About your flatmate

I'm a friendly, easy going Ozzie who enjoys the outdoors and especially the beach and parks here at my doorstep. I try to keep fit and active and I love running down the beach, playing in the surf, snorkelling and camping when i have the time. Most weekends i just chill here enjoying the peace and quiet. I enjoy cooking, wine, and good conversation or just surfing YouTube or reading a book. I'm a software engineer by profession, working in the city, but not really a typical IT guy as you might imagine. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and i enjoy having a BBQ or friends over on the weekend.
