All bills are included with $220 per week for single.
Couple would be $280 per week.

You guys can stay only until 15/March/2020.
For single,no minimum stay just let me know 3weeks in advance.

2 weeks rents and 2 weeks bond in advance to take the room.
3 weeks notice before leaving.

First room with massive wardrobe,queen bed,2 selves,a desk and a table and mirror and bottom of bedsheet.
Owner provides you blanket,pillow and kitchen tools if you want.

Second room with massive built-in wardrobe, king single bed, bedding, study desk, study light, bedside table and mirror.

Under 10 minutes walk to busses which make the location perfect for anyone working in the City, Chatswood, North Sydney, St Leonards, Ryde, Macquarie Uni or surrounds.

Bills are included with high speed 100mbps Optus cable broadband internet,Electricity, gas, water.
Clean share house with active cleaning roster.

Shared kitchen, bathroom, dinning, laundry with all facilities. Furnitures, crockery, etc, all provided free of charge.

Ceramic and wooden floor to best cooling temperature in summer.

Currently have 2 Vietnamese males and 1 Japanese female tenants in 3 single rooms, need 1 more to fill the last single room.

Non-smoker, no pets please.
