- Additional: The price is $240 per week per one person, and it is baed on double occupancy. Now I'm looking for two persons who can move into at once. Only three people will live in the house, so very quiet house. Another one person live in the study room. The double occupancy room has enough storage space, so if u have a lot of luggage, u don't need to worry about that. The room has balcony. And there are two beds. The house master is kinda neat person and from south korea. So the master want neat and clean persons. As u know, this house is located in the middle of the Sydney City, so it is very convenient to go shopping or like that. U can use spa, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and Squash room.
