Ashfield is good place to live.
There are 2 train lines to city, comes in 7,8 minutes in any time.
Express train takes to 11 mins, and normal one takes 17 mins to Central.
Ashfield Mall is located in 10 mins by walk. (Coles, Woolworth, Aldi, Kmart ...)
Furniture : Queen size bed, large Built-in, desk, chair, fan, laundry basket.
I cannot provide bunk bed, so if you come in 2 female, need to share bed.
You can use your own bathroom.
The room is large, cozy, and really quiet.
All floors are tiles so no allergy.
Laundry room are separated, sunny balcony can dry laundry.
Big sofa and large TV are good to Netflix.
All bills and rice free.
Currently only female live in now, we don't accept a male, sorry.
Maximum 4 people living, no more.
No living room share, no crowed, very quiet, good for students.
We are Korean Australian, fluent English speakers.
