2 weeks bond: $590

9–13 mins walk to station
19 mins by train to Central
While the train line is under construction, you’ll enjoy a free and frequent shuttle bus to
connect to Metro and Train. (A great bonus – totally free!)
Metro fare to Sydney CBD is very cheap as it is just 2 stop away, making it easy and
budget-friendly to get around.

👩‍👩‍👦 About us:
You’ll be living with 1 Taiwanese girls , 1 Japanese girl, 1 New Zealand mix Japanese male , 1 Hong Kong Male– we’re all students and love a clean, tidy, and supportive home.

🧹 House Rules (shared responsibility):
Bathroom cleaning once a week (by rotation)
Kitchen cleaned daily (shared effort)
