hello. I am looking for a share mate in a newly built apartment located in Macquarie Park.
I am from Korea and I own a restaurant. Since I run a restaurant, I am not at home a lot of the time, so it will be comfortable for you.
The single room will be rented, including a built-in private bathroom.
All utility bills (electricity, gas, internet) are included in the room price.
It takes 5 minutes on foot to Macquarie University Metro Station and the shopping center, and there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment (herring road)
It is okay to use the kitchen and laundry late at night.
However, visits by friends and parties are prohibited, so please contact me if you wish to observe this.
