Split 2 level Penthouse apartment with 2 female rooms located upstairs on the 2nd level. Both large rooms, each with double mirrored wardrobe, either has 1 queen bed for 2 females to share or 3 single bunk beds in the other room. Successful applicants will be provided with an upstairs bathroom just outside their room.

Free use of washing machine and electric clothes dryer as an alternative to a mini clothesline on the balcony for cloudy days. Free WiFi also available to use. Air conditioner available but at owner's discretion to use on hot days.

Free use of gym facilities, pool, spa, sauna etc for building residents. $300 per week per female (all fees included) with a 3 week bond deposit required (refundable as long as rent fully paid and no damages, issues, etc).

It is preferred flatemates to be open minded, sociable, outgoing, like meeting new people and making new friends, love laughing and making jokes (having a sense of humour), etc as this requirement is probably the most important as we want a close happy apartment of flatmates, friends hopefully, all living together. ?

Most flatmates will be busy working studying during the day on weekdays but at the end of the day, if circumstances permit, we all usually love to go out together to restaurants to eat and drink, have fun, talk about anything and everything, and sometimes even go out to nightclubs together. ?
