Apartment with a view and lots of privacy.

I live and work 50% of the time overseas. I am usually away for around 1 or 2 months per trip. So you can enjoy the whole apartment by yourself when I'm away.

The apartment has two balconies, district and ocean view, close to buses and shops. 20 minutes to Central, 10 minutes to Bondi Junction. 15 minutes walk to Coogee Beach.

The bedroom has a desk and a double bed. Nice built-in wardrobe and mirror. Modern kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Internet included. We would share energy bills depending on usage. You can also use my bedroom while I'm away.
