This apartment is one of the few “new” buildings in Pyrmont with a resort style podium. It is a luxury duplex apartment with bedrooms and living room separated in different floor such that you could enjoy a quiet sleeping and/or WFH environment. All bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor whilst there is an additional powder room on the ground floor.

The building is safe, secure, intercom and very clean. 5G Home Internet is ready and indoor parking is also available in addition if needed. Yet, I believe owning a car is not a necessary if you live in Pyrmont since everywhere is in walking distance and bus/light rail is just nearby. GoGet shared car is available downstair too.

This is not a party home but if you are looking for somewhere to call a cozy home and to really relax in the environment you are living in, this is a must to come and view.

A duplex apartment with ladies and a gentleman in mid 20s from Korea, France, and New Zealand. All are working professional or student. We are easygoing, respect other space and privacy and expect the same.
