House of the White Owl is available for you to move now. However, if you require accommodation on a certain date, we are happy to discuss this and will accommodate you if possible.
Rent is paid 2 weeks in advance. Bond is 4 weeks in advance. The rent covers all outgoings so includes electricity, water, rates, and internet. You only need to buy your own food. When you view the house you will be given an Application to Rent Form.
