Located on Bulwara Road, this house is very close to the city center while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. Great location with easy access to tram stations!

This is a two-story house:

1st floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom, and 1 bedroom
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms

We are all busy with work, so the house is usually quiet and peaceful. But sometimes we enjoy spending time together in Australia—having a beer in the living room and chatting like friends.

There are no strict house rules, but everyone cleans up after themselves and helps keep the house clean on their days off, so we all live comfortably together.

If there is anything you need, we will do our best to provide it whenever possible!

Currently, 3 male housemates are living here.

📌 Rent: Single room – $400/week
📌 Bills included: Electricity, gas, internet, and all utilities
📌 Provided: Personal bedding, desk, storage drawers, hangers, kitchen detergent, and cleaning supplies
📌 Available: Move in now
📌 Deposit: 2 weeks rent + $100 key deposit
📌 Minimum stay: 2 months
📌 Other: Quiet and clean environment, Wi-Fi, close to city center
