アパートは309番のバスでGreen Square Stationまで15分、Redfern Stationまで25分の位置にあります。
静かな住宅街ですがすぐ隣にカフェもあって、ローカル感のあるサバーブです。歩いて行ける範囲にIGA,薬局もあります。

私達カップルはシドニーで15年ほど住んでいます。学生さんもしくはフルタイムで働かれている方とTeam upしたいな、と思っています。お問い合わせお待ちしています。


We am looking for a flatmate to share my apartment in Botany 2019.

The studio room comes with brand new furniture such as a single size bed, drawers, and a clothes rack.

Additionally, our apartment features:

1. Chefs' kitchen fully equipped with constitute marble benches and quality appliances.
2. Living room with a small glass dinning table for a relaxing dinner after a long day at work.
3. Security complex with dedicated green spaces & landscaped walkways link to Botany Village.
4. Luxurious bathroom tiled from floor to ceiling + internal laundry

Our flat is situated only a few steps away from the bus stop. This property is only 13 km away to the city, 4 km to Eastgardens Westfield Shopping Centre, and 6.5 Km to Maroubra Beach, if you are a lover of the ocean!

The rent is $250 per week which includes fast internet electricity and water.
We are looking for a like minded student or working professional. Reasonable visits of your friends are always welcome however no sleepover or party.

About us

We are a couple in our late 30s and we have been living in Sydney for more than 10 years. We are busy working bees thus we will be away from home during daytime and cook lightly after work.
