② 広いリビングルームの個室 — 1名募集（男女問わず）
週$340／10月27日から入居可能

よくあるカーテンだけで仕切られたリビングシェアではありません！
約3cmの木製の仕切り壁が設置されていて、スペースがしっかり分けられています。

一般的なお部屋よりも広いくらいのスペースがあり、個室のように快適に使っていただけます。
荷物が多い方でもゆったり生活できるくらい、とても広いです。

【入居条件】
・家賃：2週間ごとの支払い
・ボンド：2週間分
・退去時：2週間前までに通知
・最低入居期間：3ヶ月

- $300 per week / Available immediately

Although it’s a twin share, the room itself is very spacious, so there’s plenty of room for two people to live comfortably without feeling cramped.

2. Extra-Large Private Living Room – 1 person wanted (Male or Female)

- $340 per week / Available from October 27

This is not a typical living room share separated by just a curtain!

The space is properly divided by a wooden partition approximately 3cm thick. It’s even bigger than many regular bedrooms, so you can comfortably use it like your own private room.

There’s also plenty of space if you have lots of luggage.
