We are looking for an energetic & passionate bar supervisor to manage our busy bar and cellar door at our Darling Harbour restaurant and brewery.

This person will have a passion for good beer and great hospitality.
The successful candidates will have:
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• A passion for good beer.
• A track record of providing staff with great hospitality operational and product training.
• A passion for being on the floor, interacting with guests, and giving direction, feedback an . d empowering staff to be great.
• Great time management skills and a proven track record successfully following operation . al systems.
• Ability to take ownership of the product and maintain high standards.
• Attention to detail and organisation that ensures that each day the bar is physically prepar . ed and the team are ready for a successful service.
