LOOK FOR WINDOW & GUTTER CLAENER ( MUST HAVE OWN VEHIVLE)

We are based in northern beach areas and provide our clean service in Manly, Mosman, North shore, northern district, Hornsby, hills district and eastern suburbs. We need someone who is physically strong, punctual and reliable.

1.Scope of work

* Residential & Commercial window clean

* Residential & Commercial gutter clean



2. Work details

* Starts from 7:30am to 3~5pm ( depends on daily schedule). Have to be at first job at 7:30am

* Heavy extension ladder work required as you need to use ladder to get on single story or double storey roof to clean gutters or windows

* Working as a sole team unless big job. Always have to deal with customers

* THIS JOB IS NOT GENERAL CLEANING - Training must be required as our job is specialized in gutter & window cleaning

* Half day free trial, and 1 or 2 training week required.



3.Employee requirements

* MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE WITH ROOF RACK OR EVEN SOFT RACK

* Good Attitude , Punctual, Reliable and Attention to Detail

* Prefer Long term worker.

* Prefer someone who lives in northern beach or north shore as you will have to come to our office to pick up or drop off equipment early morning or late afternoon

* Valid work visa

* Hourly rate will be discussed after your training

* All equipment will be supplied (work phone, etoll and petrol card)
