主な仕事内容

• 居住者とクライアントに運転サービスを提供する
• 居住地間や外出先を移動する居住者とクライアントの福祉と安全に責任を負います。
• 居住者とクライアントが動き回るのを支援し、必要に応じて車椅子を支援します
• 必要に応じて、顔や手の洗浄など、一般的な個人衛生を支援します。
• 施設への案内/支援、物理的なサポートの提供、衣服の調整、プロセスを完了するために必要なすべての支援など、トイレのあらゆる側面を支援します。

応募条件
• オーストラリアで使用できる運転免許
• 英語：中級
• 責任感、やる気のある方
• 周囲と積極的にコミュニケーションが取れる方
• インフルエンザの予防接種を必ず済ませなければなりません
• 明るく前向きに業務に取り組める方

• バス運転における確かな経験と信頼性
• 虚弱な高齢者や挑戦的な行動をとる人々、および認知症、発達障害、精神疾患などの障害に取り組むことへの強いコミットメント
• 人種、宗教、性別、社会的または経済的背景に関係なく、すべての消費者に公平なサービスを提供する能力
• 最小限の監督でチームの一員として働く能力
• 円滑なコニュニケーションスキルと丁寧な接客スキルをお持ちの方。

Uniting is looking for experienced drivers to play a fun and rewarding role in transportation services.

Work location: Sydney South East

Main work contents

• Providing driving services to residents and clients
• Responsible for the welfare and safety of residents and clients moving between places of residence or on the go.
• Helps residents and clients move around and assists wheelchairs as needed
• Supports general personal hygiene, such as washing the face and hands as needed.
• Assist in all aspects of the toilet, including facility guidance / assistance, physical assistance, clothing adjustments, and all the assistance needed to complete the process.

Application conditions
• Driver's license for use in Australia
• English: Intermediate
• Responsible and motivated
• Those who can actively communicate with others
• Those who are vaccinated against influenza
• Those who can work brightly and positively

Application requirements (qualifications, skills, experience)
• Solid experience and reliability in bus driving
• Strong commitment to frail elderly and challenging behaviours, and to address disabilities such as dementia, developmental disabilities and mental illness
• Ability to provide equitable service to all consumers, regardless of race, religion, gender, social or economic background
• Ability to work as a member of the team with minimal supervision
• Those who have smooth communication skills and polite customer service skills.
