Job Title: Japanese Cultural Sales Advisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Japanese Cultural Sales Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for Japanese culture, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to work independently. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our unique Japanese cultural products and services. You will be expected to achieve sales and promotional targets while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a deep understanding of Japanese traditions and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on Japanese cultural products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities to engage potential clients and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance to customers regarding Japanese cultural products, including their history, significance, and proper use.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Japanese culture, products, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional campaigns and events.
- Independently manage your sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Regularly report on sales progress and performance to management.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
- Work independently and self-motivated, without the need for micromanagement, while delivering results within set deadlines.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in cultural or lifestyle product sales.
- Strong interest and knowledge of Japanese culture, including traditions, art, history, and language.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese, with excellent communication skills in both languages (written and spoken).
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Ability to travel as needed for events, meetings, and client visits.
