Job Description: Office Assistant and Cleaning Duties
Position Available: 1 female employee
Start Date: Friday, 21 August

Work Location
Sydney CBD, near Westfield Shopping Centre

Working Days and Hours
Monday to Friday, five days per week
10:30 am to 6:30 pm
You will work seven hours per day, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Pay and Conditions
$27.08 per hour, including tax, plus 12% superannuation
You will not be required to work on public holidays but will still be paid for those days.

Eligibility Requirements
* Must be available to work from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
* Student visa holders are not eligible, as the position exceeds the 24-hour weekly work limit.
* Applicants must hold a Working Holiday visa, permanent residency or Australian citizenship.
* Must be available to work for at least four months.
* Must have conversational English skills, as communication with office staff is required.

Duties
* Cleaning offices and office kitchens
* Organising and restocking consumable supplies
* Assisting with simple office tasks, such as moving food and tables
* You will work alongside another female staff member.

The work is easy and straightforward. However, you will need to remain active and work consistently throughout your shift. You must not hide away to rest or leave the workplace during working hours. Everyone who has previously held this position stayed until their visa conditions no longer allowed them to continue, as the work is very manageable.

As the job is entirely indoors in an office environment, you will also be able to work in a more comfortable setting during the current cold weather.

Training Period
You must attend two days of training on 11 and 12 August. The first day will be unpaid, and you will be paid for seven hours from the second day. Your official first day of work will be 21 August.
