Assistant Supervisor Position (Full-Time)

Location　　　　　 Melbourne
Salary 　　　　　　$1020.3 weekly (38 hours) ～
Benefits　　　　　 superannuation, annual leave, staff meal
Shift Hours 4 hours -10 hours daily (between 9:00AM - 10:30PM*) midnight shift until 2:30AM *Friday, Saturday & some Public Holidays


Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong leadership skills to join our team as a Supervisor Assistant (position to be trained to be a Supervisor). In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team members, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

-Supervise and lead front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily service
-Oversee opening/closing procedures and maintain store standards
-Manage inventory and stock levels
-Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues
-Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
-Collaborate with management to implement and maintain operational policies


Requirements

-Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly
-High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
-Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
