🌸 What You’ll Do

- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and sincerity
- Share stories about Japanese tea, craftsmanship, and Zen-inspired living
- Achieve sales targets by working toward KPIs and supporting team goals
- Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and CRM management
- Ensure elegant stall presentation and a positive shopping atmosphere
- Contribute to daily operations, setup, and stock arrangement

💫 We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, proactive, and confident in engaging with visitors
- Enjoys connecting with people and sharing cultural stories
- Appreciates Japanese aesthetics, mindfulness, and design
- Has experience in luxury retail, hospitality, marketing, or the entertainment/design industry (preferred but not essential)
- Japanese or Mandarin speakers are highly preferred.

🌱 No Local Experience? No Problem!

We welcome newcomers to Australia through our free training internship program, designed to help you develop product knowledge, customer service confidence, and sales skills. Once ready, you’ll transition smoothly into a paid role with us.
