The Zen Concept is looking for friendly and passionate team members to join our stalls at Rhodes and Sydney City locations. ✨

If you love Japanese culture, enjoy connecting with people, and want to share the beauty of tea, art, and mindful living with our community, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll do:

Welcome and assist customers at our stalls

Share knowledge about Japanese teas, culture, and Zen-inspired products

Provide excellent customer service with a warm and positive attitude

Help with stall setup and presentation

Work towards sales targets and contribute to stall performance

Collect customer data and maintain CRM records for ongoing engagement

We’re looking for someone who:

Has great communication and people skills

Enjoys learning and sharing Japanese cultural stories

Is reliable, proactive, and team-oriented

Retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential

✨ No local experience? No problem!
We offer an internship program to help you learn the skills and knowledge needed. Once you’re confident and ready, you’ll smoothly transition into employment with us.

Locations: Rhodes Central & Sydney City
Role: Part-time / Casual
