The Zen Concept is looking for a cheerful and engaging All-Rounder to join our flagship store in Surry Hills near Museum Station, Sydney.

✨ About the Role
You’ll be the face of our Matcha experience — preparing authentic matcha and matcha lattes for takeaway, and guiding customers to make their own on the spot.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and sharing culture in a calm yet inspiring atmosphere.

🌸 What We’re Looking For
• Upper-Intermediate English (able to engage in natural, local-style small talk)
• Excellent customer service with attention to detail and presentation
• Cheerful, positive, proactive, and engaging personality
• Passion for Japanese tea culture and mindfulness
• Reliable, responsible, and calm under pressure
• Previous café or retail experience preferred, but not essential

🌿 Internship Opportunity
If you have limited experience or your English level is below upper-intermediate, we also welcome you to apply for our Internship Program.

Outstanding interns may be offered a part-time or full-time position upon successful completion of the program.
