University Student Program Assistant – Australia Study Programs 2026

BlueSky Education is an international education organisation specialising in short-term study programs, workshops and and local school visits for international students and professionals. Our programs operate across Asia and Oceania, welcoming participants from around the world.

We are currently looking for university students or recent graduates to assist with our Australia Study Programs in 2026.

Locations
Programs will be held near or at the following universities:

・Sydney – Macquarie University, University of Sydney or University of Technology Sydney
・Adelaide – University of Adelaide
・Brisbane – University of Queensland
・Melbourne – University of Melbourne
・Perth – University of Western Australia

Responsibilities
As a Program Assistant, you will support international student groups during program activities. Tasks may include:

・Assisting with arrival and departure coordination
・Accompanying students on excursions and workshops
・Sharing fun facts and information about local attractions

Facilitating evening activities

・Supporting Welcome Orientation and Finale logistics
・Assisting with general program operations

Eligibility
Applicants should:

・Be currently enrolled in a university or postgraduate program, or be a recent graduate
・Be comfortable communicating in English
・Be friendly, responsible and interested in working with international students
・Have valid working rights in Australia

Remuneration

Compensation will be discussed with successful applicants after initial contact, depending on the program schedule and responsibilities.

Program Schedule

・Program blocks range from 1 day to 2 weeks, depending on the program.
・You may choose assignments that fit your university schedule, although preference may be given to assistants who can participate in most or all days of a program block.
