Anyoung Skin & Body is a premium Korean-style aesthetic and wellness centre offering professional facial treatments and personalised skincare services.

We are looking for a passionate and professional Beauty Therapist / Esthetician who takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments and exceptional client care.

No previous experience is required for the right candidate. Structured training will be provided to help you develop professional skincare skills and grow with our team.


Employment Details

* Locations: Sydney CBD (Chinatown) and Chatswood
* Employment Type: Full-time 4 or 5 days
* Weekday Hours:
9:45 am – 7:45 pm, including a 1-hour unpaid break
* Weekend Hours:
9:45 am – 5:45 pm, including a 1-hour unpaid break
* Roster: 4 or 5days per week, with availability across Monday to Sunday
* Pay Rate: $28–$42 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and skills: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
* Superannuation and Annual Leave: Provided in accordance with applicable Australian employment laws
* Weekend Penalty Rates: Applicable rates paid in accordance with the relevant employment conditions


Key Responsibilities

* Perform Korean-style facial treatments and professional skincare services, with training provided according to experience
* Assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments
* Provide consultations and post-treatment skincare advice
* Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment programs
* Assist with daily clinic operations when required


Requirements

* At least 1 year of massage experience OR a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification
* Experience in beauty therapy, aesthetics or skincare is an advantage
* Interest in Korean-style aesthetics, facial treatments and skincare techniques
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
* Willingness to learn and develop new treatment skills
* Commitment to long-term employment is an advantage
