Shiba's Kitchen in Rouse Hill is currently looking for new kitchen staff to join our team due to increasing staffing needs.

Working Days

- 2–5 days per week

Working Hours

- Weekdays: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM (1.5-hour break)
- Weekends: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM (1.5-hour break)

Please note that the restaurant operates continuously throughout the day, with no kitchen closing period.

Job Responsibilities

- General Japanese hot food preparation and cooking
- Working across different sections, including pan cooking and deep frying

Experience
Japanese hot food experience is preferred, especially with pan cooking and deep frying.

However, if you have previous experience working in other commercial kitchens, you are more than welcome to apply. Japanese hot food is relatively straightforward, and we can help you get familiar with our menu and kitchen operations quickly.

The job itself is not particularly difficult, but we are a busy restaurant, so you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Students who are interested in learning and developing their cooking skills are also encouraged to apply!
