Global Forex Broker requires a bilingual professional (English and Japanese) customer support professional to join our established team. This position covers Japanese support desk - 10am to 6pm, or 11am to 7pm AEST.
To succeed in this role you will require the following:
Citizenship or PR
Japanese (Native / Fluent) AND English (Native / Fluent)
*You must be native in one language and fluent in the other
You will be required to demonstrate:
Proven ability to work autonomously
A high level of maturity
A passion for customer service
Attention to detail
Salary: $60,000/pa + bonus
Work type: Full Time
