The room is fully furnished. You will get your own bathroom and private balcony. All you need to do is just drag your luggages in. 

The rent is $280 per week included bills ( electricity and unlimited internet). You will get your own swipe card. ( Car space is available as an optional with extra charge of $50 per week) 

1 week Bond / 1 week Advance / $100 key deposit 

Prefer female, Asian, Clean, tidy and non smoker
