We are looking for a Japanese or Korean student to rent one room in our large 4 bedroom house.

You would almost have the whole upstairs of the house to yourself with your own bathroom as we have our bedroom and bathroom downstairs.

We have 2 rooms available but are only looking to rent one of them out (the other will remain a spare room).

One of the bedrooms is very large, and the other is a bit smaller but has a private balcony - you can choose which one you want. 

You would only be sharing with 2 people (husband and wife) and we are both professionals (doctor and engineer). We would share kitchen and living areas. We have a pool and a lovely outdoor garden area. 

Our house is only 900m to maroubra beach (5 minute walk), and shops (supermarket, pharmacy, post office) are 1 minute walk away. Bus stop is 1 minute walk away and its an easy ride to UNSW (about 15-20mins) 

$250/week includes wifi internet and electricity/gas bills. Food not included. You MUST be tidy and be willing to clean up after yourself. 

Looking for minimum 3 months, up to 12 months.
