今回、オーナーが10月15日～１/月13日まで旅行に行くため3ヶ月間の期間限定になります。1ヵ月からでも対応します。

家具付のため入居後すぐに生活が始められます。

常識があり、綺麗に使って頂ける方でしたらお一人、カップル大歓迎です。

　■レント：週350ドル（光熱費含む、家具付き、インターネットなし）

　■ボンド：入居確定時に250ドル

　■付属品：ダブルベッド,ＴＶ,　DVD layer, 洗濯機（他の住人とシェア）、電気ストーブ、オーブン、冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシーン、食器など。

　■大きな窓から明かりが差し込むクリーンで十分に広いオウンルーム

　　広々としたキッチンスペース

　　騒音も無く、治安も良い

　　シティ、チャッツウッドやモスマン方面等、多方面にバスが出ておりアクセスよし

　　Neutral Bay wharf まで徒歩5分（シティまでは約12分）、Milsons point 又はNorth Sydeny駅まで徒歩15分

　　近くには公園があり。

Hi there,

I am looking for one person (or couple), very clean, quiet and considerate, to live in my one bedroom flat in Neutral Bay while I am away between 15 October and 13 January 2015 (3 months).

In agreement with my landlord, we would prefer Japanese or Korean student, professional or couple.

The place is 50m from bus stop, 3min walk from Neutral Bay wharf ( ferry goes to city, only 12min!) or 15min walk to Milsons Point and North Sydney train station, only 5min from city (1-2 stops). It’s located in a quiet area of Neutral Bay, off Kurraba rd, near water, parks and shops. This is not for share, this will be your place for 3 months when I will be away!

 

The flat is fully furnished with double bed, sofa, TV, dvd player, shared separate laundry with 2 other flats, electric stove, oven, fridge etc. 

Rent is $350 per week bills included. Shorter stay possible, just ask me. If you're interested, please give me a call, sms or email to arrange an inspection.
